What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect only the information forwarded to us through the contact form on our website in order to respond to enquiries, and do not hold any personal information about users. Contact form information includes personal data such as name, email address, and your message, and technical data, such as information about cookies.

We also collect the first name and email address of users who wish to subscribe to our email newsletter to receive free resource downloads. This is done through a third party, MailChimp. You can access their privacy policy here. You can unsubscribe at any time using the functions available with every email we send through the MailChimp service.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

This website features links to forms hosted by Google Forms. The data collected within these forms is classified as a “public opinion survey" for research purposes only. By voluntarily participating in this survey, you give permission for the information submitted to be collated and presented to the public in the form of statistics and percentages through infographics and data tables. No personal information, or information indicating the identity of survey participants, will ever be released to the public at any time, or sold to a third party.
